About being a designer with strategic design thinking

I believe a responsible strategic designer should get involved in the entire life-cycle of a product or service, whatever the solution has been created.

I am passionate about applying design thinking while facing complex problems. I learnt to re-frame the old brief given by my clients or those who need my creative solutions. I enjoy digging out the root of the problem as I am so agreed with Steve Jobs's words: "the only problems worth solving were ones that would take years to tackle." I desire to go as deeper as I can and get as closer as I can to the essence of the fact.

I aim to maintain a high efficiency working progress which always repeats on iterating.

My innovative solution is created with the formula of synthesised design tools and methodologies.

I am keen to engage and encourage co-designing and co-creating with any stakeholders who are involved in discovering, defining and developing in the research or designing phase.

I welcome failure as it guides me to the next breakthrough and iteration.
Lastly, I will not succeed without a cross-disciplinary team powered by solid leadership. Even though it could be one of the most challenging tasks that make outstanding people conduct excellent design practices together.
